Board Purchase -SUP

  • Board Purchase – SUP Line
    Please review our complete line of SUPs (Stand Up Paddle Boards) on our main site.  You may place orders directly from the SUP product pages.  Since getting such a large item to you can be challenging, please complete the Purchase Form provided and we will contact you to discuss shipping specifics.  We are very familiar with getting items to their destinations so not to worry. To further assist you with your purchasing decisions we've provided a matrix that, as it is completed, will filter and direct you to the board(s) that we believe will best fill your needs.  If you have not done so already, please check it out by clicking here.  You'll see "Filters" in the upper right.  Just click and you're on your way to finding your new board. Customer service is our first priority so please don't hesitate to contact us with any and all questions/concerns.
  • Boards – Shipping

    Both SUPs and surfboards can be a challenge to ship due to the unique nature of the items themselves.  They are over sized relatively fragile and as such are difficult to ship.  Then there is the vast array of sizes, shapes and destinations to consider.  So what to do.......

    Fortunately, shipping your board is not a first for us.  We understand the challenges and have had plenty of opportunity to figure out how to get it right.  Beyond doing a good job with the packing process, the need to minimize third party handling is essential.  The fewer times the board is handled the better.

    To facilitate less handling, better on time performance and safer passage, we prefer to ship via air cargo – airport to airport.  This means that the board will not show up on your doorstep.  It will arrive at the nearest major airport relative to your location.  You will then be tasked with picking up the board at the designated air cargo facility.  Simple enough!

    We've found the cost savings using this method to be significant from all aspects.  For a personalized quote, fill in and submit the Purchase Form and we'll get back to you with the details.  Alternatively, you are always welcome to pick up the phone and give us a shout.  We'll be happy to help!

Custom Boards - SUP

  • Custom Boards

    Here's a first, we are capable of finishing your Stand Up Paddle board as you choose.  If there is a graphic design in our line that you are not seeing on the particular model you're interested in, no problem we can build it for you.   There are a few restrictions and you’ll need to be patient but it can be done.  For specifics, use our Purchase Form to inquire or call and let us know what you have in mind.

      Restrictions
    • You must select from the graphic/color plans as they appear on our website.
    • You may select from one model and move it to another
    • You may request removal of the graphic and opt for a solid color.  Must select from colors displayed on our site.
    Additional Options
    • Fin box configurations may be altered (either add or subtract)
    • Paddle strap plugs may be removed
    • Center handle may be removed
    Build Time
    • Please plan ahead and allow a minimum of three months to complete your custom order.
    • Progress reports are provide every three weeks until completion.

    • An Order Contract is required.  Specific terms are provided therein.

    If you find an item that is marked “Out of Stock”, please use our contact page to request an update.  We will be happy to provide details as to when an item will be available.
  • How to track my order?

    If you are wondering how to track your order, you actually have several ways to do it. You could just login into you account and check Order Status. The other way is by using the Ordering Tracking page in the site; you just type the order number or your email submitted at the purchase form.

Warranty - Tropical Blends SUP Boards

  • Warranty
    Tropical Blends warrants their branded Stand Up Paddle boards (product) to be free from major manufacturing defects and or faulty workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.  Please note that you must register your product online at www.tropicalblendsurf.com to activate this warranty.   Warranty limitations are as follows: 1) This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, and or damage caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship. Non-valid claims include, but are not limited to, damage caused by exposure to excessive or prolonged heat/improper storage, damage caused by use in waves including punctures, buckling or breakage. 2) Tropical Blends reserves the right to make the final warranty determination, which may require inspection and/or photos of the product, which clearly show the defect(s). If requested, this information must be sent prepaid postage to Tropical Blends as directed. If deemed necessary to visually inspect the product, a return authorization number together with detailed instructions covering our return process will be provided. 3) If the product is deemed to be defective by Tropical Blends, this warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product only. Tropical Blends assumes no responsibility for claims for compensation due to loss of use of this product while being repaired/replaced. 5) This warranty is void if any unauthorized third party repair, change or modification has been made to any part of the product. 7) Following any authorized repair or replacement of equipment, any continued warranty of the same product is good from the date of the original purchase only. 8) The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims. The name of the retailer and date of purchase must be clear and legible. 9) The warranty is valid only when the product is registered online at www.tropicalblendsurf.com and there are no warranties extending beyond the warranty specified here.
